A 4 week series taking you on a journey to nourish your mind, body and soul. With coaching from experts in their field The Empowered Life Series is here to guide you on your journey to a better you. Whether you are wanting to shred a few kg's, improve your energy or just get your mojo back then this is for you. The Empowered Life Series focusses on accountability and helping you achieve your goals with the support of other like minded women. We are talking, self love, mindset, goal setting, nutrition, smart training, the list goes on.
We're a growing community of women of all ages, shapes and sizes who have come together to build better lives. The Empowered Life Series has been launched for women to have a platform to become their best self.
I am super excited that you expressed interest in The Empowered Life Series. The first step is having the courage to say YES and making a change. Once I did that 3 years ago, I have never looked back. From an over-weight, unhappy, bloated, stressed girl to a happy, confident girl who actually gets results from training. I am here to support you on your journey over the next few months, to empower and to teach you what I know from working alongside over 900 people in the last 4 years with their own individual health goals. Round one and round two have been a huge success with some amazing results, from 5-12kg's down, natural energy levels through the roof, redefining their age and smashing bootcamp. Not to mention the amounts of cm's and the healthy glow the group has.
Now spots will be capped at 12 people per challenge, with the last challenge FULL. So as soon as you get your details through to me your spot is secure.
Do you want me to be your coach? With a background in both health and fitness I am a lover of life, with a huge passion for health and fitness. A physio, pilates instructor, GB athlete and strength and conditioning coach who has done numerous personal development and mindset courses over the last few years, plus worked alongside sports dietician Dani Catania for the last few years. Now if not me then who? Who will be that person to support you in every step of your journey to a new you? I am just as, if not more committed to your health goals than you but YOU have to be willing, have to be coachable and have to play at 100%. The change can only happen because you decide to, you commit to and you want to.
If you move, I will do everything in my power to support you. I am a big believer that there are 3 key components to helping you get back on track. Firstly, nourishing your body with a high quality nutritional system (which I have been using for the last 3 years), secondly smart and efficient training, thirdly and most importantly nourishing your mind and soul.
